ROOT is located inside WiSpa at 2700 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90057.
Valet parking is available outside of Wi Spa. Once inside, enter through the main lobby. ROOT Head Spa is located immediately on the right-hand side. We recommend arriving a few minutes early so you can valet, check in, and begin your experience without rushing.
A valid credit card is required to book and will be securely stored through our booking and payment provider, Zenoti. A $45 deposit is required to reserve your appointment. Your deposit is applied toward your final service total.
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Appointments cancelled or changed within 24 hours may be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Minors may receive select services with advance approval and consent from a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian may be required to remain on-site during the appointment. Please contact ROOT before booking a service for a minor so we can confirm whether the selected service is appropriate.
