A valid credit card is required to book and will be securely stored through our booking and payment provider, Zenoti. A $45 deposit is required to reserve your appointment. Your deposit is applied toward your final service total.

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but your service may need to be shortened so we can remain on time for the next guest.The full service price will still apply.
Please arrive ready for your appointment. Time needed for excessive detangling, removing hairstyles, or other preparation that should have been completed before arrival will come out of your scheduled service time. This may mean parts of your head spa experience need to be shortened.
Minors may receive select services with advance approval and consent from a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian may be required to remain on-site during the appointment. Please contact ROOT before booking a service for a minor so we can confirm whether the selected service is appropriate.
Because services are performed in private treatment rooms and our technicians must remain focused on the guest receiving the service, we are unable to supervise children during appointments. Please arrange childcare before your visit. Children who are not receiving a scheduled service should not be left unattended in a treatment room, reception area, or elsewhere within ROOT.
ROOT services are performed in private treatment rooms. Each treatment room is reserved for the guest receiving the service. Additional guests, friends, family members, or children may not remain in the treatment room during an appointment unless specifically approved by ROOT.
Your comfort and safety come first. ROOT may modify, postpone, or decline a service if we believe proceeding would not be appropriate for the guest, the scalp, or the quality of the experience. If a service needs to be adjusted, our team will explain why and help guide you toward the most appropriate next step.

ROOT gift cards may be used toward eligible services and purchases. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and are subject to the terms provided at the time of purchase.
Payment is due at the completion of your service. Any deposit already paid will be applied toward your final balance. Applicable cancellation or no-show fees may be charged to the card kept on file according to these policies.
